Widseth Land Surveyor Bryan Balcome was recently elected to serve on the Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium Board of Directors as the Survey Sector Representative for 2023-2024. Bryan will join a team of professionals who volunteer to steer the activities and promote the mission of the Consortium.
Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium Mission: “To develop and support the GIS professional in Minnesota for the benefit of our state and its citizens.”
Bryan has 27 years of experience in land surveying and currently serves as a vice president and the Director of Land Surveying at Widseth.
Bryan states, “I would like to serve as the land surveyor representative on the Minnesota GIS/LIS board to continue the connection and support between land surveying and GIS.”
