Is your district’s enrollment decreasing? We provide facility assessments that define future requirements and identify alternatives for optimal use or reuse of building assets, as well as mothballing existing buildings.

Does your district have maintenance and operations issues? We help prioritize repair and replacement needs to ensure that limited financial resources are dedicated to the most pressing problems.

Does your district wish to improve your energy consumption? We perform energy audits and plan efficient, sustainable facilities that create appropriate and comfortable learning environments that are affordable to operate.
