Drunken Noodle, Crosby Lofts, and Lake + Co Celebrate With Ribbon Cutting

Written by Ashley Martel, NCARB, AIA, VP - Architect | Jun 27, 2023 7:50:23 PM

The City of Crosby's revitalization efforts took another step forward earlier this month with the grand opening of Drunken Noodle, Crosby Lofts, and Lake + Company. A ribbon cutting event was held on June 14, 2023, to celebrate.

The multi-tenant project sits at the corner of Main Street and 1st Avenue in downtown Crosby. Drunken Noodle and Lake + Company occupy the ground level and Crosby Lofts, which includes eight units, is on the second floor. There is also a patio on the second floor for guests to relax after a day of mountain biking or paddling.

Our team worked closely with property owners Doug Arndt and Nick Summers to help develop and bring their vision for the project to life. This involved conducting thorough assessments of the existing building, working through design concepts, navigating regulatory requirements, and overseeing construction.

Widseth is proud to be part of another renovation project in Crosby's historic downtown district. Other revitalization projects include Rafferty's Pizza, the first phase of Crosby Lofts, Victual, Burritos California, and Cuyuna Brewing Company.

Contact us if you're considering a renovation project. We can walk you through the process and regulations, know what to look for in old buildings, will help you develop design concepts, and provide input to help you determine if it's the right investment.
