Hult & Hebeisen (H&H) of Forest Lake, MN has become part of the engineering and architectural firm of Widseth Smith Nolting (WSN). The firms have been collaborating for several months, offering comprehensive services to a growing client base in the Forest Lake and north metro area. The two firms made it official on Friday, May 20.
H&H traces its roots through Hult & Associates, Inc., a long-standing presence in the Forest Lake business community. Dale Hebeisen formed Hult & Hebeisen, P.A. in 2008. Its five staff members will remain in place continuing to serve their clients as members of the WSN team. Joining WSN are Dale Hebeisen, Land Surveyor; Kelly Jordan, Land Surveyor and Certified Arborist; Steve Douglas, Land Surveyor; Chris Toth, Land Survey Technician; and Rachell Franceen, Administrative Assistant.
With a staff of more than 190 located throughout Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, WSN offers a range of engineering, architecture, land surveying, water resources, and environmental services. The services offered by the two firms are complementary. With the merger, H&H’s clients will benefit from a broader set of services from a single source.
“WSN offers a wide range of disciplines, which will allow us to significantly expand the services we can offer our clients,” remarked Hebeisen. “This will not only add value to our relationships with existing clients, but also allow us to pursue new clients from a much stronger position.”
The Forest Lake office is WSN’s eighth location.
