Welcome to Widseth! Thomas Rients has joined Widseth’s Baxter office as a Civil Engineer in Training. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Thomas is responsible for the preparation of design documents for civil systems which include site design and municipal projects, designing stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer and watermain, and providing calculations and civil specifications. He will also spend time in the field communicating with contractors and clients and conducting field work such as construction observations and inspections.
