An independent panel of judges selected 50 honorees for Finance & Commerce’s annual Top Projects awards. The panel looked at the degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts. Delta Dental Bemidji Operations Center made the list. Widseth provided civil engineering, landscape design, and land surveying services on the project.
