Widseth and historic preservation consultant MacDonald & Mack Architects worked with Susy and Phil Prosapio to breathe new life into The Falls Theatre. The historic icon in Little Falls, MN, was built in 1933 and closed in the summer of 2020. The Prosapio's have led multiple restoration and preservation projects in the city and their efforts were recently highlighted on Boyd Huppert's Land of 10,000 Stories on KARE 11.
The Prosapio's enthusiasm for the community is contagious and they have been amazing clients to work with. Widseth provided architectural, structural engineering, and civil engineering services on the historic preservation project, which is expected to open in early September.
