# Discuss Your Water Quality/Quantity Projects with Widseth on 1/21

| The 38th annual [Red River Basin Land & Water International Summit Conference](https://www.redriverbasincommission.org/annual-conference?utm_campaign=2021%2001%3A%20Education%20K-12%2C%20Enterprise%20MN%2C%20Water%20Quality%2FQuantity&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8RQmN8f6xVcj9Gh2qqldg0GPbb2XXlkC85DtLCNMO7FruF3T9I9O9JgcYcamU4xAIbjZke) will be held as a virtual event on January 21st. “Common Ground” for healthy waters, soils, and communities is the theme for this year’s conference. Widseth’s team of engineers and environmental scientists have helped communities in the Red River Basin for decades. Water resources engineer Blake Carlson, PE, water quality scientist Lorin Hatch, PMP, geographer Mark Reineke, CMS, GISP, and aerial services manager Miles Strain, CP, RPP, will be available from 1:00 – 2:30 pm during the conference to answer your questions.  ## Blake Carlson, PE ## Water Resources Engineer Since 1998, Blake’s primary work has been with watershed districts in the Red River Basin. He has worked on Corps of Engineers and watershed district projects involving design and construction of flood control.
