The 38th annual Red River Basin Land & Water International Summit Conference will be held as a virtual event on January 21st. “Common Ground” for healthy waters, soils, and communities is the theme for this year’s conference. Widseth’s team of engineers and environmental scientists have helped communities in the Red River Basin for decades.

Blake Carlson, PE
Water Resources Engineer
Since 1998, Blake’s primary work has been with watershed districts in the Red River Basin. He has worked on Corps of Engineers and watershed district projects involving design and construction of flood control.
Lorin Hatch, PMP
Water Quality Scientist
Lorin has over 20 years of experience in project management, water quality, and aquatic ecology. He uses his skills and experience to work on projects across Minnesota and the nation that involve lakes, streams, and watersheds on multiple spatial and temporal scales.
Mark Reineke, CMS, GISP
Geographer | GIS Analyst
Mark has more than 25 years’ experience in spatial analysis, mapping, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He coordinates GIS projects among the firm’s offices and manages Widseth’s extensive spatial database.
Miles Strain, CP, RPP, VP
Aerial Services Manager
Miles has over 30 years of experience in aerial imaging and lidar processing for watershed and transportation projects across the Midwest.
