Lowell Elementary School celebrated the completion of its remodel and addition project with a dedication ceremony attended by students, staff, city officials, school board members, and parents. The project features a new cafeteria, gym, secure entrance, administrative suite, enhanced site circulation, staff parking lot, learning commons for each grade level, and multiple classroom spaces. Widseth provided land surveying, civil engineering, interior design, architecture through the design development phase, pre-referendum services, and districtwide design standards. This was the first of many dedication ceremonies scheduled this spring across the Brainerd School District. All of these projects are part of the bond referendum that passed in 2018.
