Flooding in Oslo, MN, is an annual event with a big price tag. Roads get washed out, agriculture suffers, and railroad service temporarily shuts down. Residents from seven townships in ND and MN, plus the City of Oslo, formed the Border Township Associative Group (BTAG) with a mission to reduce flood impacts.
BTAG hired Widseth to produce a video that explains the problems from flooding and illustrates a proposed solution. BTAG will rely heavily on this video as it seeks local, state, and federal funding.
